The Chesterfield Royal Hospital Trust Charity raises money to support the hospital’s urgent needs and enable them to provide exceptional care for its young patients and their families by:

  • Helping to support with relaxation activities through toys, games and books, and visits from external teams and performers.

Baby Thea PAU.jpgWe care for children from 0-17 years of age both as inpatients on the ward and as outpatients in the Den.

We try to provide a wide range of toys and activities for all ages of children in order to make their experience of hospital a more positive one. Play is normal for children and can help them feel at ease in strange situations as well as enable them to communicate their feelings to staff and distract them from feeling poorly.

Below you can find a wish list of items and donations that would help to make a difference to our patients and their families.
