We are looking for three Non-Executive Directors to join our Trust…

"You would be a core leader in this new chapter of our organisation’s development.

"Our new Non-Executive Directors will be committed to supporting our talented and committed workforce of over 5,000 colleagues at Chesterfield Royal Hospital Group; the hospital, Royal Primary Care and Derbyshire Support and Facilities Services (DSFS), who together provide acute and community healthcare services for over 400,000 people across north Derbyshire.

"As new Non-Executive Directors you will be a key component of our Unitary Board with responsibility for the governance and financial integrity of the Foundation Trust and providing stewardship of our organisational culture, vision, and strategy.

"As caring and inclusive leaders you will embody the Trust’s Proud to CARE values: Compassion, Ambition, Respect, and Encouragement, while serving as an ambassador for the organisation and being held to account for the strategic leadership of the Trust. You will bring outstanding communication, engagement, and facilitation skills to influence and build relationships internally and externally, including collaboration with our system partners.
