Did you know that Chesterfield Royal Hospital NHS Foundation Trust holds a silver accreditation for its work supporting the Armed Forces Covenant and as a defence friendly employer?

We appreciate the values, skills and experience brought to #TeamCRH from our Veteran colleagues and feedback suggests that our ex-forces colleagues recognise that the Trust really does care and steps up when needed to support those who need it. Already we advertise jobs on Forces Families Jobs and use language on adverts to encourage people with transferrable skills to apply for roles and are proud to be inclusive.

Since signing the armed forces covenant, we have continued to build up links with the local Armed Forces community who support us with awareness and signposting and have grown a network of Armed Forces Champions throughout the Trust who have received specialist training from South Sussex AFN and our monthly Armed Forces Network meetings have defined terms of reference which feeds into our Diversity Council.
