Change 2.pngThe Department of Health and Social Care, in collaboration with NHS England (NHSE), has launched an engagement period to inform the NHS 10 Year Plan – and you have an opportunity to have your say!

The plan will outline how we will create an NHS that is 'fit for the future,' designed to meet the evolving needs of our population. It will be published in Spring 2025 and will focus on three key themes:

  • Hospital to Community
  • Analogue to Digital
  • Sickness to Prevention

NHS Derby and Derbyshire Integrated Care Board – known as Joined Up Care Derbyshire - is hosting a series of face-to-face and online workshops for the public throughout January and February. These events are a fantastic opportunity for local people to share their experiences, ideas, and hopes for the future of the NHS.

Workshop Dates and Times:

  • 10 January 2025: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM (Online)
  • 15 January 2025: 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM (Derby Community Centre)
  • 20 January 2025: 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM (Online)
  • 5 February 2025: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM (Chesterfield Town Hall)
  • 12 February 2025: 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM (Online)

 These events are your chance to have your say and contribute to how the NHS will work in the future.
