Neurological Physiotherapy

The neurological physiotherapy team provides an inpatient and outpatient neurology service. The service includes commissioned inpatient stroke rehabilitation and outreach through the stroke early supported discharge team. The team also see people with other neurological conditions on inpatient wards to support diagnosis, management and discharge planning.  

The neurology outpatient service offers assessment, rehabilitation and support to people with a wide variety of neurological conditions. If you have already been diagnosed with a neurological condition you can self-refer to the service with identified goals for treatment.

Please note, our outpatient neurology service is for physiotherapy only we are therefore unable to accept referrals for anyone needing occupational therapy.
